
In recognition of National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month, I sat down with Registered and Licensed Dietician, Stephanie Harris. As a busy mom of two boys, she has alot on her plate – literally! And coaches people regarding what they have on theirs!
Our conversation shares alot including why weight isn’t necessarily wellness and the importance of emphasizing a routine of rest. We also discuss the versatility, continuing education and coaching aspect of her career. And she shares tips on positively interacting with your child if/when the topic of weight or health arises.
