What is a Vision Board?
A Vision Board is a visual tool that can be utilized to help you envision where you’re going and the goals you want to achieve. It can be comprised of a collection of quotes, photos, and magazine clippings. It substantiates your vision and provides a tangible resource for your goals. This is a project for YOU – everyone will develop their own unique design!
What is the power in a vision board? Being able to visualize your goals is a powerful tool that helps keep your focus and goals in the front of your mind. It also “tricks” your mind into thinking they are already a part of your life and sets you up for mindfully reaching your goals.
What is the value in creating a vision board? What you focus on expands. You start seeing visual cues and even hearing references that relate to what you’re working towards. Studies point to visualization being the lead to significantly enhancing performance and allows the opportunity to develop a mindset of achieving what you are seeing. This helps give you envision yourself in that life and opportunity!
