In this episode
In this episode I'm pulling back the curtain on something I've been so excited about — my new Inner Circle membership for women in the Tulsa area. If you'd asked me at the start of the year whether I'd ever host something like this, I probably would have said no. But the more I've served this community and listened to the conversations happening around me, the more I realized women were craving connection that goes a little deeper than our monthly gatherings.
So I created the Inner Circle as a place to connect, learn and grow with intention. It's a quarterly membership (October, November, December) that includes tickets to my monthly in-person gatherings, special invitations just for Inner Circle ladies, access to an online community, and a monthly accountability call so the group can keep tabs on your goals and cheer you on. It's intentionally small so I can personally connect with each woman — and so all of you can do the same with one another.
Here's what I believe: change doesn't happen in isolation. So much clarity comes from conversation, and so much progress comes from community. If something in your heart is nudging you toward a goal, I want to encourage you to listen to that nudge and take the next step. Imagine yourself three months, six months, a year from now — so much further along because you didn't go it alone. If that's you, I'd love to have you apply.
Key takeaways
- The Inner Circle is a small, intentional community for women in the Tulsa area who want to go deeper than the monthly events — built around clarity, confidence, and meaningful connection.
- It's a quarterly membership running October through December, with a kickoff/welcome dinner on October 16 at 5:30.
- There's a short application (not a sign-up) so Nancy can make sure it's a good fit and that everyone is focused on growing together.
- Membership includes tickets to the monthly in-person gatherings, special Inner Circle-only invitations, an online community, and a monthly accountability call.
- The accountability call means the group keeps tabs on what you're working toward, encourages you, and helps hold you accountable.
- Nancy created this because change doesn't happen in isolation — community brings collaboration, clarity, and faster progress than going it alone.
- Applications are open through the 14th (possibly the 15th), and you can reach out directly with any questions before applying.
