This site is operated by Nancy Moore. We collect only the information you choose to give us (name, email, message content), and we use it only to respond to you, send the email content you subscribed to, or deliver the program you've signed up for.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you submit a contact form, program application, or newsletter signup, we collect the fields you provide.
• Email subscribers. Your email address is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and used to send you newsletter content and program-related communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics) to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. We do not sell this data to anyone, ever.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not use behavioral retargeting outside of our own marketing (for example, showing you our content on platforms you already use).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sharingpassionandpurpose@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
