In this episode I'm coming to you from my podcast studio in Tulsa for Part 3 of my summer mini series on passion and purpose. After talking about what passion and purpose actually are, and then the health of your hustle, today I want to dig into something I hear used as an excuse all the time: "I don't have the time."
Here's my honest take — most of the time it isn't really about time. It's about what we're prioritizing, and sometimes it's about avoiding the thing we say we want. So I want to walk you through how I block off time to invest in myself, how I help my coaching clients do the same, and why even three to five minutes a day can start to move the needle.
If you've been waiting for the "right" moment to dream, plan, or start that book or business, this one is for you. Let's get off autopilot together and get intentional. Keep going — you've got this.
