Welcome to season seven! In this kick-off episode I'm sharing the theme that's guiding everything I've got planned this year: grow more in 2024. Growth comes from understanding yourself — your values, your personality, your strengths — and from being honest about where you still want to stretch. When you grow, you become more of who you were meant to be, and you start reaching that highest potential instead of staying tucked inside your comfort zone.
I'll be the first to say growth is uncomfortable. Change is hard, and setbacks are part of the deal. But those frustrating moments are so often where the real breakthroughs live — where you course correct, learn, and figure out the best way forward. That's exactly why I'm bringing you these conversations this season: so you can gain insight from other people's journeys, maybe skip a few of the same mistakes, and find a little guidance for whatever you're working toward.
I also get personal about my own growth this year — spiritually, I'm reading through the Bible again, and professionally, I'm stepping into something new with live, in-person events. Whatever growth looks like for you, I'm on this journey right alongside you. Keep going, friend.
